Haiti needs to have its own army: Martelly

The Haitian President Michel Martelly, expressed the urgent need for the country to have its own army, after the dissolution of that force. Several groups of armed men have been pressing Martelly in recent months to honor his campaign pledge of restoring the army, which was abolished in 1995 because of its abusive record. teleSUR
