Mexicans pay tribute to writer Carlos Fuentes

Hundreds of Mexicans bade farewell to late novelist and politician Carlos Fuentes, carrying books and flowers as they filed past the coffin of one of the Spanish-speaking world's best-known writers. During a public ceremony at the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City on Wednesday, President Felipe Calderon hailed Carlos Fuentes as one of the greatest writers of all time. teleSUR
